Here at Botanica, our Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Stephanie, helps busy people like yourself achieve greater health, vitality and balance with good nutrition and positive lifestyle changes. Stephanie’s mission is to empower you with a deep awareness of your body and the ways in which the food you consume impacts your unique physiology.
Food can support your body’s innate powers of rejuvenation and potential for healing. Nutrition is a great place to start on your road to wellness because, without proper nourishment physically, it is difficult to thrive mentally or emotionally.
Rather than simply treating the symptoms, Stephanie seeks to find the root cause of your health concerns. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and views your health as a system, or a web, requiring an intimate understanding of what makes you, you. Stephanie creates a tailor-made program for you that evolves over time throughout the nutrition counseling process. Every session is geared towards reaching your individual goals; each session building on the last.
Stephanie doesn’t promote “diets” and doesn’t believe there is one right way to eat for everyone. Rather than adhering to one particular dietary philosophy, Stephanie helps you devise an eating plan that is tailored to your individual needs and sustainable for you in the long term. By gently crowding out the culprits and providing you with delicious, healthy alternatives, Stephanie makes the transition to a healthier, whole food diet a gentle and enjoyable experience. No deprivation or extremes!

Complimentary Intro to Nutrition Counseling Session (30 minutes, $0)
A complimentary 30-minute informational session to discuss your health goals and talk about how the process of nutrition counseling works.
Initial Session (75 minutes, $170)
Stephanie will thoroughly review your health history and you’ll discuss goals for your health in detail. During this session, Stephanie will devise and help you implement a comprehensive treatment plan for moving forward.
Follow Up Session (50 minutes, $145)
This session is only available to clients who have had an initial session with Stephanie. A follow up session is great for those looking for extra support and upkeep to stay on track with your treatment plan.
6-Month Package (12 x 50 minute sessions, $130 per session)
This package is literally an immersion in all things holistic health – nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, movement and more! You will have two sessions each month for six months, which will include discussion of your progress, recommendations and session notes. Stephanie designs a step-by-step treatment plan geared towards reaching your goals by making sustainable changes that are easily integrated. You’ll receive a variety of handouts, worksheets, recipes and other materials, as well as unlimited email support.
3-Month Package (6 x 50 minute sessions, $140 per session)
This package is a great way to tackle any pesky health concern and correct nutritional or lifestyle imbalances. You will have two sessions each month for three months, which will include discussion of your progress, recommendations and session notes. Stephanie designs a step-by-step treatment plan geared towards reaching your goals by making sustainable changes that are easily integrated. You’ll receive a variety of handouts, worksheets, recipes and other materials, as well as unlimited email support.
