Eyelash Extension is a popular trend that lengthens and thickens the look of your natural eyelashes. Lash Extensions are single strands of synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. They are applied to each individual natural eyelash one by one for a natural, beautiful and luscious look. Eyelash Extensions are perfect for special occasions or for everyday wear.

Please arrive to your appointment without eye makeup. If you are wearing eye makeup we will provide you with a cleanser to wash your face.
If you wear contact lenses, please note that your eyes will be closed for a long time and you may experience discomfort due to dryness. You may wish to bring eye drops with you for afterwords. We recommend that you wear glasses to your appointment if possible.
First, the lash technician will pad down your lower eyelashes so that they are not in the way. The eye pad should be comfortable. Once your eyes have been padded they will remain closed for the remainder of your session. The synthetic lashes are applied one by one (classic technique) to your natural lashes using a medical grade adhesive. The lash technician isolates one natural lash, and then selects an appropriate length synthetic lash. The synthetic lash is dipped in the adhesive and applied carefully to the natural lash. The lash extension should never touch the skin of your eyelid. Once all extensions have been applied, the lash technician may apply a sealant on the lashes. It is common for a spray or fan to be used during the end of the session as well. This ensures that the glue is sufficiently dry.
After checking that there is no excess glue or stuck lashes, the technician will let you know that it is okay to open your eyes.
Your natural eyelashes fall off every 60 – 120 days due to the natural growth cycle and are naturally replaced with the growth of a new eyelash. Other factors such as exposure to steam, sleeping on one side or touching your eyes may cause the extensions to fall sooner. A touch up or “fill” is needed to fill in any lashes that have fallen out and to fill in the new growth. Touch ups will vary from individual to individual and depend on your natural eyelash cycle as well as how you take care of your extended lashes. When applied properly, eyelash extensions will last the length of your eyelashes natural growth cycle.
Everyone’s experience will differ based on day-to-day activities, but overall touchups should only be required every 2 to 3 weeks.
We do not recommend it. Using mechanical eyelash curlers on your eyelash extensions will damage the extensions and possibly break your own natural lashes.
If you experience any redness, swelling, or itching contact us immediately. These could be signs of an allergic reaction and you may need to get your lashes removed. Be prepared to avoid any direct water on the eyes for the first 12 hours after lash application. When you wash your face, be careful to avoid the eye area. Do not go swimming or in any saunas/steam rooms for 24 hours after lash application. Please do not wear mascara while you have lash extensions! If you must wear mascara, be sure that it is “eyelash extension safe.” Do not allow any product containing oil to come into contact with your lashes. This includes serums, moisturizers, and makeup removers.
For best results, gently cleanse your lash line with warm water and baby soap using a small makeup brush. We recommend drying your eyes with tissue or paper towel as towel fibers can snag on the lash extensions.
Try to avoid sleeping on your lashes. The better you care for your lashes the longer they will last! If you think you are losing lashes too quickly within the first week (more than 5 lashes/day) please contact us.
